When you complete the business assessment intake form on this site, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, and the responses to the assessment questions. This information is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing advisory services.
Your assessment data is used to generate a customized growth plan for your business. It is reviewed only by Derrick Scott and is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. AI analysis (via Anthropic) is used to assist in generating your growth plan — only your assessment responses are sent to the AI service, and they are not used for model training.
Your data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified database provider, with encryption at rest. Access to your data is restricted to Derrick Scott only.
You may request to view, correct, or delete your assessment data at any time by emailing derrick@scottadvisorygroup.com.
